Each session will include 1 hour of volleyball and 30 minutes of speed and Agility training with our own Professional Trainer.

Movement Training

My Name is Chris Buskirk, and I will be your Movement coach.

Many of you don’t know me…… So here is a little information about myself! I started in the health and fitness industry about 5 years ago.  I was always super active growing up in the small town of Havre, MT and thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors and competing in sports. I played every sport that I possibly could growing up as it was definitely my childhood passion.  I was involved in football, wrestling, track, and baseball in high school and outside of school and sports spent a lot of time out on my friend’s ranch/farm working.  After graduating high school I attended Montana State University Northern playing football and finished my bachelor’s degree in business.  It wasn’t but shortly after a couple years working in management after college that I noticed I was helping a lot of people with their health and wellness through training at the gym in the mornings before work.  I developed a passion for helping people through teaching my younger sister who has cerebral palsey to learn new things and enjoy her life.  After realizing my passion for health and wellness I decided to get my Masters’ Certifications through ISSA just to learn more about the body, nutrition, and how the body works and moves.  I was vacationing out here in CDA when I made a jump decision that I wanted to move out here and pursue my passion in helping people better and change their lives.  Since then and a little before I have been involved in MMA, Bodybuilding, Triathlons such as IRON MAN, and Spartan races.  I’ve studied on my own and through separate certifications have developed my knowledge so much through these last 5 years I feel extremely confident as your coach.  Let’s together achieve growth and progress efficiently with STRENGTH THROUGH MOVEMENT,  but more importantly learn to sustain injury free and go out and have some fun doing it!

Schedule

♡ U11/U12  Sundays 2-3:30 

Players who are born September-December of 2007 or January-August of 2008. Minimum age is 10 years old unless by invite. We will have another development season that begins in the fall. This is for kiddos interested in playing for 208 Club teams.

Volleyball 2-3:00
Movement training 3- 3:30

 

U13  Sundays 3:30-5

Players born September-December of 2006 or January-August of 2007. 

Movement training 3:30-4
Volleyball 4-5

 

   u14/u15/u16  Sundays 3:00-4:30

Players born September-December 2006 or January-August 2006.

Volleyball 3:00-4:00
Movement Training 4:00-4:30

 

SETTERS TRAINING Sundays 4:30-5

$15 per session with Coach Hedder

 

All Sessions with be held at The Courts at Real Life (Post Falls, ID). 
Cost is $100 per a month.
